The production rollers use automatic equipment and high-precision steel pipes, resulting in low rotation resistance (f≤0.01) and a long service life (over 50,000 hours), making them ideal for long-distance conveyors.
The design combines drum theory and ANSYS finite element analysis. The pulley shell is made of high-precision welded steel pipe, and the spindle is forged from 45# steel.
Our belt conveyor uses elastic rubber constant pressure cleaners and diagonal pressure plough cleaners, featuring a constant pressure design for powerful cleaning performance.
