APPLICATION

This type of tracked mobile ship loading conveyor has been redesigned as a port bulk material ship loading equipment for loading barges, coasters, handysize, handymax, panamax vessels in sea port and in-land terminal. Our Radial Telescopic Ship Loader can load bulk materials like:

crushed coal,
grains,
fertilizers,
ores (iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, bauxite, etc.),
sand, gravel, aggregate,
wood chips, wood pellets,
sulphur,
cement clinker, etc.

FEATURES

Radial and telescopic features allow you to load multiple hatches from feed-in one position with radial and telescopic features for most sized vessels.
Can be mounted on wheeled dolly unit or self-propelled tracks to provide flexibility and mobility.
Dust extraction system for dust controlling during materrials loading.
Ship loading capacity can reach 3000t/h.
The full extended radial telescopic shiploader is up to 58m (190ft).
Due to mobile design, you need a lower capital investment than fixed ship loading conveyor.
Can be shipped via 40ft containers or RO-RO ships.
This type of radial telescopic conveyor for ship loading can be fed by mobile hopper feeders, bulk reception feeders, fixed conveyors and grasshopper conveyors.
